Our Pet Policy
- Cats & Dogs Welcome
- Maximum 2 Pets per Home
- Monthly Pet Rent - $25 Per Pet
- One-Time Pet Fee - $300 (2nd pet is $200)
- Breed Restrictions* - The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.
*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
